very functional and well-located place, the cleanliness of the unit was impressive, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, with the exception of slippers and body lotion.
the localisation is perfect especially if you have business at Concordia University or McGill.
One minor drawback is the decor. The room had a somewhat very blended Ikea-inspired feel, which could benefit from a warmer touch. My unit didn't have carpeting, which added to the overall sense of coldness in the decor.
About the "one-bedroom" description: The bedroom doesn't have a window to the outside but instead has a top glass, allowing light in from the living room. This might be something to consider for those who prioritize a window view.
It is ideal for a couple or a solo traveler, but the living room curtains were a bit of an issue. They seemed poorly installed, and when you opened the windows, they would bump into the curtains. Furthermore, the curtains were lacking in both length and width, which was a minor inconvenience.
I should mention that the hotel has a lounge downstairs. As a New Yorker, I'm accustomed to a bustling city ambiance, and the noise was minimal didn't pose any inconvenience for me.
I will definitely be back
