Good location, beds too soft, annoying how one has to get to the hotel and leave. In need of a remodel pool was good kids enjoyed it alot, would return

Booked at this motel for the pool. It was out of service as the emergency phone in pool wasn’t working. When told we booked because of pool just told sorry. She said they had updated all areas of booking but had not as I looked where we had booked and didn’t say a word about it. Also body soap container was empty which noticed when taking shower but had my own. Short dark hair was also noticed in shower when taking shower & IT WAS NOT OURS☹️ So apparently shower wasn’t cleaned & will definitely check this out next time I we stay anywhere

Temperature in room could not be controlled. First night was way too hot and second night was freezing! No matter what the control was set to it didn’t work right. Also TV didn’t work but the girl at the front desk did everything to try to get it working for us. She finally called the cable company and they figured it out. We had a working TV by 10:30 pm. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was good although the pancake maker didn’t work right either.
