I booked a room with yourselves via the App Hotel.com for the event of 12th June 2025 as I was due after travelling from Norfolk Virginia via Philadelphia. Unfortunately upon landing at Philadelphia I learned that the onward flight to Orlando was cancelled. After much confusion and amongst the 100’s of other passengers in the same situation I realised I wasn t going to get to Orlando that evening.
At 18.24 12/6 I called the hotel and spoke to Yash and advised the above'
He said the reservation would be cancelled. No charge. Don’t worry about it.
I heard nothing som on 17/6 8.05am I rang and spoke to Evelyn, who stated no show charged but released security deposit, charged as a no show. She said she will speak to yash who is the night manager get him to ring but he may not be able to dial International. I provided my Email address she said he would email
To date i have heard absolutely nothing from Yash or Evelyn despite your promises. i have left 8 messages on the Hotel App where you claim you will respond by email, I have disputed the transaction based on the above conversation - yet you have invited I be charged
