ダブルベッドのシングルを予約した際に、バスタブ、シャワーがないことを知らず、さらにトイレにも鍵が掛かっていて、ドアキーで開いたのですが、トイレもなく仕方なく大浴場へ。チェックイン時に知らせるべきことを怠っています。さらに翌日ロビーでコーヒーを注文したら、年配の女性のスタッフ3人で、どうやって豆をひくか？の声が聞こえ、呆れました。温泉は素晴らしいのに、スタッフが最低。朝3時ごろに、翌日のチェックアウトの時間を尋ねたら、守衛さんが電話に出て、時間も知りませんでした。それでこのホテルは24時間スタッフが常駐していないと知りました。残念すぎるホテルでした。

温泉いっぱい！

温泉宿というだけあって、普通の温泉宿、ジャグジー、打たせ湯、サウナ、露天風呂、、、とたくさんの種類のお風呂が楽しめました☺️ 洗い場ごとに仕切りがあり、快適でした。 今回は和室でしたが、お部屋も清潔感があり居心地が良かったです✨

快適な滞在でした。

スタッフの皆さんの接客はていねい、フレンドリーで気持ちよく滞在できました。ソーシャルディスタンスの対応もされていましたが、レストランのキャパシティに対するゲストの時間帯の割り振りに不慣れな感じを受けました。小さなことですが、階段への扉にPrivateの表示があり、一階からの登り口には階段の利用を促しているというちぐはぐな事がありました。浴室の脱衣ロッカーもコロナ対策で半分ほど使用しないように掲示がありましたが、鍵を取っておけばいいのにと感じることもあり、もっとよくできると思いました。とてもリーズナブルな料金でしたから。なくて当然ですが、この季節、北陸に泊まるならすこしでも蟹があればもっと良かった。欲を言えばきりがないですね。
