Room was clean and there was a mini fridge and microwave. Bed was very comfy. Good temperature control and not too noisy. Economical. Toilet didn't flush well; woefully inadequate for human waste unless you flushed 3-4x. Internet kept going out, making it difficult for me to get work done. TV was very confusing and difficult to figure out, no channel guide. No network stations (like ABC), which is all I was interested in. Fellow travelers didn't seem to care about being noisy walking past rooms late night and early morning, waking people up.

No pillow cases on the pillows. Door handle to the bathroom broken, got locked inside of the bathroom for a period of time. Mold on bathroom walls. Bathroom shower/tub in need of repairs. A/C vents completely covered in dirt. The room was booked for 2 nights but I had to leave after the first night and got a room at a different hotel. I called the hotel and explained the situation and was told the manager would call me back. The manager still has yet to call. Will never stay here again.

When we went to check in they had no King rooms left even though that is what we had reserved. Rooms were extremely dated even though they had a few newer updates attempted. Bathroom toilet ran all night. No toilet paper holder - not the whole thing but just the bar that holds the paper. Toilet seat was loose.. I tried to snug it back down but wasn't able to tighten it much. I told the front desk the next morning about all of these things and nothing was done about it. Breakfast was non-existent. Only thing left was a couple of muffins that looked like they had been there for a "while". Coffee was old and tasted burnt. They had to know they were going to be busy because there was a huge fishing tournament that weekend. The only reason I picked this place was because virtually every other room in the area was sold out. Besides all this the bathroom door was installed backwards. At least the TV worked.

Mold!!!

Making my usually checks after entering the room, I found a huge spot of black mold on the bathroom ceiling. There were other small issues but none as bad. We immediately checked out and had to find a new hotel. Waiting on a refund but the hotel has not answered the phone when hotels.com call in regards to my stay

The exterior door did not have any weather stripping so a significant amount of noise and light were coming through. I felt as if I was sleeping directly on the highway. The bed was uncomfortable, there was mold in the shower and the floors were dirty. This room should not have been rented to any human being. The extreme fatigue from attempting to sleep here honestly ruined the rest of my trip as I was exhausted the entire time. Do not stay at this location. Spend the extra money on proper accommodations.

Door to room had a space on the side. Didn't feel safe in the room. The floors were very dirty. My husband's feet were black and he had socks on. Breakfast was packaged breakfast sandwich and packaged pastry...we went elsewhere for breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was good.

I reserved a room that was supposed to handicap friendly. What I got was not ADA compliant. The bed was excessively high, the toilet was extremely low, there was a tub instead of a walk in shower and not a single grab bar in the bathroom. It was very difficult for my mother and she was unable to shower for the 4 days we were there. The only thing that mad this room handicapped accessible was a wider door for a wheelchair. Not an easy or comfortable stay. I wish I would’ve thought to take pictures of the room but unfortunately I was so stressed by it all I did not.
