It’s nice to have a balcony. They should remodel the bathrooms and update the guest rooms.

The room smelled a little like it was vacated for a while but other than that it was great. It would have been nice to have an essence of cleansing.

Not impressed
Our rooms shower did not have hot water. On checkout I told the front desk and all we got was 'okay, we'll look' not an offer for a discount or a partial refund because we couldnt shower. A little disappointed

Shuttle Service is not 24/7
Booked this hotel for their shuttle service to SJC. However this service doesn't begin until 5am, there were 20 people in the lobby at 4am trying to find a Lyft/Uber service because of this.

my key didn’t work to enter or exit properly. cookies were delicious! i hate paying for parking. that was ridiculous

Good Hotel, Mediocre Check In
This is the second time we checked into a Doubletree Hotel and were not offered a warm cookie. The person who checked in after me was offered a cookie. No service with a smile. Front desk agents need more training on service. I worked in a hotel and always greeted the customers with a smile.

Comfortable stay
Everything was great. Only 2 problems were 1. Contactless arrival was offline so there was a line of about 6 people to check-in. The staff was great about taking care of it graciously, and three warm cookies was a great treat. 2. TV needed a hard reboot.

Disappointed in Hilton
front desk only seemed to care about the airline pilots checking in and didn't care about others waiting while they were all chatting. They charge $30 to park which is WAY TOO MUCH! Out of four elevators, only one worked and it was slow. The rooms are old and need updated, the walls were dirty and has several stains and the beds were not comfortable. Very disappointed this is a Hilton property
