The bed is super comfortable, the hot breakfast is delightful, and the room is beautiful.
Upon booking, they send an email with details which state check in ends at midnight. I arrived a little after 11PM due to a delayed flight and train. NO ONE WAS THERE! I spent an hour outside making noises and trying to get in! Some person was chatting with me attempting no help except when I reached out to Expedia to cancel. All of a sudden they can answer my messages yet still did not say how to get inside, and NO ONE came to my rescue except a guest who came outside to smoke. The key is like a screwdriver and it must be placed in the door a certain way to work. Never in my life had I seen such a key, and the whoever chatting with me NEVER MENTIONED how to use the thing. The smoker did. The next morning at breakfast, the older lady was coughing and not covering her mouth around the food all the while you could hear the phlegm in her cough. Disgusting.
Would I stay again? Yes, as long as I make sure my plane and train arrive on time and I do not purchase breakfast with them.
