Had a smooth check-in, once I got settled into my room I noticed that the room was abnormally hot. Checked the thermostat and it was 81 degrees! I then tried to call front desk but the phone wasn’t working properly either. I then went downstairs to speak to a gentleman (whose name I wish I could remember), he was VERY understanding and offered to change my room right away. The new room was perfect! I enjoyed myself entirely. You can’t beat the location, staff, and accommodations.
