The hotel doesnot honor online services mentioned. It was mentioned that we would have free breakfast but hotel denied it and said to contact hotels.com
Tried to call and chat both to hotels.com but they were unreachable. Extremely disappointed by hotels.com. Have never came across such a pathetic lack of customer service before.
Also, the hotel doesn't have twin beds. They will give you mattress to sleep of floor if you are more than 2 adults. Only good thing was that the room was clean which is the bare minimum for a hotel.
