Very Very Disappointed and treated very poorly
Very disappointed to arrive and to be told there is no room even though we had a booking reference from Hotels.com
Our room was reserved and Francis told us we have not got a room and informed us we would have to find another place to stay. We booked 2 rooms and he told us he only had one room left and then told us it was not his fault even though we had a hotels.com confirmation and reference that we had two rooms booked. My brother had traveled from England only to be told he had to find another hotel. We left very unhappy and very disappointed with Francis the proprietor who made no attempt to help and kept blaming Hotels.com
Thanksfully we managed to find another hotel nearby no thanks to Francis to help save our new year's celebrations. Please be aware in future to make sure your room is guaranteed at this hotel so you will not have to deal with the a situation we had to deal with . For the record we left this hotel and booked in to the Hotel 18 at Fort Kochi very last minute and they treated us like royalty and helped us forget our dreadful dealing with the Francis Residence Hotel.
