Beautiful hotel
A beautiful hotel and casino located right off I 90. We loved our room and bathroom decor. Very clean. We loved the huge casino. There are a few restaurants and a small food court. We ate dinner at the sports bar and breakfast at the cafe. The nice Italian steakhouse is only open thurs-sun so we missed out. You can drive to nearby towns of Seneca falls or Geneva for more choices.

Great place and staff.
The hotel was beautiful and clean. A good value for the room and service was great. The staff were both helpful and professional in their manner. Answering questions timely and knowledgeable. The only problem was that the hotel's tv signal was not the best it would stop and pause for a while each night. Other than that my friend and I had a wonderful vacation here.

Near great wineries!!
The Hotel was clean and the people were friendly. Was able to visit wineries, restaurants and shopping nearby. There were many places within the hotel to access food and drinks when we were tired and didn’t feel like driving.

I love Del Lago and have stayed there many times. I have a bad back and their beds are so comfortable I look forward to staying there. Unfortunately this time my bed was hard as rock which was very disappointing. I would have call the desk but it was so late when I finally got in my room I didn’t want to bother anyone. I’m sure they would have done something had they known. Next time I’ll check the bed as soon as I get there. Other than that it was perfect!!!
