Me and my girlfriend checked in late, around 10pm. I had booked a room in advance. The receptionist does not know a word in English so it was a struggle. It turned up the hotel has recently started taking bookings through hotels.com and did not know what to do. He took my passport and disappeared for 40 minutes to speak with his colleagues, leaving us in the lobby on our own. There were no towels In the room and I had to go back downstairs to get some. On the second day the hotel entrance was locked and we weren’t provided with key. Called the reception and was put through another local hotel where via the back door we were able to reach our hotel. Not convinient! The room was not cleaned, no towels changed or whatsoever. When we checked out the hotel provided transport to the local bus station for a small fee. Overall not a pleasant experience.
The picture is way too far from the reality, those decorations are gone. the view quite nice, the staff doesn't know how to check-in and out I have to wait almost an hour for check-in and out.
