It was my worst hotel stay ever. I never write a bad review, but I am making my 1st ever exception for this hotel. Here are the reasons why:
1. I booked a room with 2 king size beds, as mentioned on the website, but the staff said that the room doesn't exist.
2. The suite that was given to us in lieu of the room we had booked was the only suite, and it had mold everywhere, lighting was depressing, no fridge and leaking washbasin.
3. The hotel cleanliness was abysmal. (There was a RAT at reception!! Yes! a RAT)
4. The reception was not trained or didn't have any power to solve any problem without consultation.
5. One of the managers, Mr. Yadav, was the most rude, unprofessional and ignorant person I have ever met in the service industry( A rat was at the reception in front of him where we were sitting and he was just staring at it, didn't even alert us!)
6. Ridiculous as it may sound, you are not allowed to order food from outside!
I really hope Mr. Yadav is reprimanded and trained in basic standards of this industry at the least.
Not that everyone was like him, the service staff, especially cleaners, the doormen and the waiting staff were extremely polite and in my opinion could be a better manager than him any given day
