"I have been staying at your facility for already seven years. Over the past few months, I've been coming about once in a 3 months, following the same pattern. I am now a regular customer.
There are two concerns I have.
The first is about the decline in the quality of the welcome service. I remember the service used to include a variety of drinks and cakes. As a regular customer, I am very disappointed with the new service that only offers drinks, which lacks variety.
The second is about your wonderful pool, which is loved by all guests. Until now, I had only ever seen and experienced a clean pool at your facility, but during my recent four-day stay, I was shocked to find the pool was murky, dirty, and had not been properly cleaned, making it impossible to swim. Why have you stopped cleaning the pool? Since you have such a great facility, it would be better to keep it clean. As you can see, there were no guests swimming in the pool.
Given the condition, the pool was too dirty and murky for anyone to swim in."
