The rooms were not ready at check in time and once we got a room we found dirty socks and trash all over the room. The website said breakfast was from 7-10 on weekdays but was over by 930 so we didn’t get breakfast and only picked this hotel since it had breakfast and a spa and the spa was closed and that was not disclosed until the room was already booked. Very disappointing

We were there with friends and I am glad they are renovating.
They bedroom was clean but some wallpaper was coming off. The bathroom is in need of renovation. Not very clean it had mold in the corners of the wall the shower was cracked dirty and also had mold.
In the evening we went down to the lobby to get together and hang out chairs are peeling They said they had a complimentary ice cream machine which was vey nice but came out at 4pm it was ready it was about 6pm and the remove it a 9pm.
There was coffee and hot water but both were cold.
I had asked the young man at the front desk if he could at please get hot water and he said he would. A few hours later there was a young lady at the desk and I told her the guy was going to replace the hot water and she said he had gone home for the day. The whole time he was at the front desk he was on his cell phone playing his New Years Eve.
We stayed here two nights the first morning breakfast was not good. Not one person came out to see if anything was missing. One person knocked on the door of the kitchen and asked for yogurt and they said it was finished and they did not have anymore.
They also did not have bagels or muffins. The ham was swimming in water and the scrabbled eggs were soggy .
The second morning there was a gentleman named Clliff who was amazing he checked to make sure everything was good and went around cleaning the tables.
By 9 am they were putting everything away. Most hotels wait till at least 10 am.

Grandkids had a blast
Had a great time, brought the granddaughters to use the pool, they loved it. They let us get in a luttke early so we could use the pool longer.

Poor
The service was very poor, I waited 15 minutes to be checked in, it was a dirty diaper under my bed and the sauna was dirty and we had to ask for the meat to be served at breakfast. Never again!!

The staff who checked me in lack customer service. She was rude, not welcoming and displays the I don’t care attitude. I asked for 3 pillows and it wasn’t delivered right away. It took a couple of hours before they brought it to our room. And not till I called again. And she sent someone to bring it but the runner was told to only bring 2 instead of 3 pillows. I don’t know why she sent only 2 when I repeatedly asked for 3. Even while talking to her on the phone, she’s very rude, not saying “ thank you “ and she really sounded pissed. I didn’t get her name but she’s the black lady on the front desk. We checked in between 6-7 pm. Management needs to counsel her on customer service before the hotel loses business with prospective clients
