They took my payment in full twice. They advised then would return it to my payment card but then said they couldn’t do so until they’ve finished their bank reconciliation.
It’s now been 4 days and I still haven’t received my money back. This has cost me additional forex fees which they say they can’t refund or compensate me for. They gave me a free meal but this doesn’t address the financial loss or the inconvenience
They were very apologetic and this was appreciated but they still haven’t solved the issue.
