Very cute hotel in a great area
We had a great stay - the location of the hotel is perfect, the rooms are cute, and the roof is really nice (good bar, hot tub, cold plunge and sauna). We felt safe in the area, but we were not out past 9/10pm. The only two things to note are 1) the bathroom is not blocked off from the room the sink and shower are very much kind of in the center of the room (but still semi private) and 2) the neighborhood has a ton of night life so you will hear some loud music, it was nothing we couldn’t sleep through ultimately - note we were not there over a weekend so cannot speak to how much louder it gets

Great stylish hotel
Absolutely loved the place. The jacuzzi with the view of Medellin, the sauna and cold plunge were top notch! The room were adorably decorated, we stayed on second floor and as we were warned about the noise we realized it wa syrupy minimum. We will go back!

Would stay here again
The customer service was great, the place was clean, great location and the room was nicely decorated. We were told about the noise in the area and they even told us that if after one night we didn't want to stay, they understood and there would be no penalty. It was loud but we managed and appreciate the heads up.

Noise which is too much, yellow plants
Lots of noise from the street, is one thing. But we stayed at 6th floor, and at 7am the pool cleaning unit started, and the noise from this is so much so sleeping was impossible. It sounded like a construction company was remodeling. Many of the plants between the floor levels was completely dried out and yellow. Looked very badly.

Me encantó el hotel, la habitación muy limpia y bonita. Cada detalle está cuidado. Los servicios que ofrece son muy buenos y el personal de recepción es increíble en especial un chico güero alto que están en turno de noche. Es un poco ruidoso por que atrás se encuentra Provenza. Es su único detalle pero no es algo que pueda controlar el hotel , ellos te dan tapones para los oídos

In a great, walkable area. Felt safe - there was security at the hotel and someone at the front 24/7. Room was beautiful - great shower and comfortable space. Not a ton of space to hang clothes, but made it work. The front desk warned me that it may be noisy due to surrounding bars and street noise. However, the hotel provided earplugs and a white noise machine. I found any noise to be minimal and the white noise machine was a thoughtful touch. There are some great cafes for breakfast and coffees located next to the hotel, along with a pharmacy/convenience store across the street. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Great value.

Best hotel in El Poblado
Celestino suite was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was in the most perfect spot in El Poblado. I could walk to restaurants (clubs even though I didn't go to clubs were on the block and next blocks over), I was able to walk about 15-20 minutes to the metro train station. The room was clean and well designed. The balcony and all of the greenery was large and nice place to enjoy coffee. The bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioning was very cold. The hotel staff was so attentive, helpful and kind. I loved everything about my stay. I will definitely stay here for my next visit to Medellin.

Staying here was great. Our only complaints is the hot water. In the evening there was no hot water. We figured it was due to guest taking long showers. But one morning literally I had to shower with cold water because no hot water was available. Besides that. The staff was amazing and the hotel was clean and beautiful!
