Eden Roc is a nice resort - we visited now for several years. Food is ok and there are many options to dine a la carte. Especially the Peruvian and Seafood (lunch) restaurants are good. Overall, food is less tasty compared to food outside the resort on the island.
Room is fine, but not 5* standard and a bit worn down. Beach and swimming pools are good, but you need to be early to get a nice spot. Unfortunately beach is dirty and there is hardly any staff around to keep it clean.
Staff is fantastic and works extremely hard. The restaurants are a bit understaffed and impacted service and quality.
The guests are mainly British, enjoying the facilities and drinks! Nice friendly crowd, but I would not recommend if you are looking for quiet and calm atmosphere.
Prices went up this year (again) and I question whether it is worth the price. Yes it is nice and fun for a few days, but without a proper upgrade/ make-over of the rooms and better staffed facilities it is a bit too expensive.
