We loved our stay! The property is clean, quiet, and the staff is lovely. It’s a great place to stay that’s away from the commotion but still easily accessible to the South Island on their nice private boat. The food in the restaurant was great too, we ate both breakfast and dinner there.

Amazing!
We had the best time! Everyone was super helpful and inviting. Our room was great, view was pretty good too. Morning coffee outside or out on the dock. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay or vacation! The restaurant and bar never let us down! Shuttle boat made this easy, and the drivers were awesome! The island was new to us but we figured it out pretty well. We will definitely be back!!!

Pictures are misleading
Very high expectations going into this stay and it fell flat. The pictures posted sell it well and more like a high end property, but in reality it felt more like a campground with yurts although they are cabanas. There was only decaf in the room, no towels, the AC didn’t work well. Hoping for nicer finishes and less of a camp feel. The pool was also not in great condition. The people were lovely however and couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind. And the restaurant was incredible! Short staffed so won’t discount for service - get the seafood soup!

The staff were incredible! They felt like family. The food at their restaurant, T&T, was excellent as well. Special transportation options with their own skiff we're also available. The bungalows were well appointed and super comfortable.

Everything was wonderful. All staff members were friendly, attentive , and helpful. Restaurant was good. Visited during slow season and everything was quiet & peaceful. Amazing stay at a beautiful property! Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, rooms were lovely and the property was everything needed for rest and relaxation. Though away from the North side of the island- they have a boat and a golf cart to get you across as you wish. Food was also good!

The staff was responsive when alerted to air conditioner malfunction and were able to move us to another cabana. However, this cabana had structural issues in the flooring that would trip you if not careful. Also-as they are authentic roofs particles fall from them fairly constantly. Be aware that the 'north side' is away from the more active/party side of the island: this is what we were looking for but may not be for everyone.

From beginning to end this place was absolutely amazing. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I went fishing one day and the chef at the restaurant was kind enough to cook our fish for us. He did an amazing job. Very thankful.

Loved my stay at El Ben’s! The property never felt crowded during our stay, or too noisy ant any point. Our cabaña was clean and spacious. The food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and approachable. The office staff was extremely accommodating to our needs (I messaged them a lot LOL), and really made us feel like our stay was seamless. Whenever we needed to book a boat/golf cart to the mainland or the Spit to Split Ferry we were able to do so with ease. They even helped us book our snorkeling excursion (which was also a 10/10 with EZ Boy Tours). It was the perfect relaxing, secluded environment my fiancé and I were looking for, for this birthday trip. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Caye Caulker!

It was heaven on earth. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. The room was amazing as it was clean, restful and quiet. The food at the restaurant was delicious and economical.
