생각 했었던것 보다 좋았다. 일단 직원들이 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었다. 체크인 할때부터 웃으며 친절히 응대 했고, 방에 소음이 심해(714호는 아무래도 우웅~ 하는 기계음이 계속 나는 방인듯) 방을 변경 했으며 직원들이 (Neridul Pattan 친절하고 한국 영화 올드보이를 좋아하던... ) 친절하게 조용한 방을 잘 찾아주었다. 6층에 있는 Gym 또한 잘 관리되어 있었다. 딱 한가지 개인적으로 개선 되어야할 사항이 있다면, 그건 수건을 냄새가 나지 않도록 제대로 세탁을 해주었으면 좋겠다. 세탁후 향수를 뿌린듯 한데 그 향수 냄새와 수건의 꿉꿉한 냄새가 어우러져 조금 별로였다. 아칭 식사 또한 깔끔하게 괜찮다. 이곳은 호텔의 부족한 부분을 훌륭한 직원들이 메우는 듯한 느낌이다.

Modern, clean rooms and polite staff.
Modern, clean and spacious rooms. Location is also good. Food is a bit on expensive side but quality is good.

Value of hotel did not live up to its brand
poor room service, furniture not equipped to cater for a weeks stay - ok for a one day trip, got charged 20% of meal for having half a toast as i was ill. only interested in your money and not service. Receptionists and staff are poorly trained who did not do a good service - were totally dependent on the managers

A poor hotel that failed to live up to its brand
As a service - it was very poor. I had deliveries made to the hotel and on 3 occasions, the staff denied it and later found out but it meant 3 one hour stressful sessions. i got a sorry but it still repeated. The rooms were not properly cleaned or serviced when i was away. i paid the bill at the beginning and only to be told when i was leaving that the receptionist got it wrong and it was underpaid.
