There were several problems with the facilities
The rooms and hotel staff were nice, but there were several problems with the facilities that made my stay unsatisfactory.
The washing machine and water heater broke during my stay. Thus I had to take a cold shower on a cold fall day... Also, the faucet on the washbasin in the room was broken and the water did not drain. The building may need to be repaired.
I booked a single room. The room was cleaned daily and there is a washbasin in the room. There was a hair dryer, but it was weak, so I used my own. Amenities were adequate. You need earplugs because it is a small building and you can hear the neighbors. The bathroom was on the lower floor, so it was a bit of a hassle to get to it.
The kitchen was smaller than expected, but having a refrigerator was convenient. I could not find cutlery or cups often, so someone may have taken them to their room. I wish they would provide enough of them. A dish sponge and a towel were always in the sink and did not look clean. I wish there were hooks to hang them up to dry....
The area where the hotel is located is not bad for access to tourist attractions and the metro station is very close. There are also several supermarkets nearby.
