Disappointing, I do not recommend, look elsewhere.
Overall, our stay was very disappointing and I expected a lot more from the Marriott brand. Positive points are friendly reception staff, smiling, welcoming and a very well appointed room, good decor and extremely clean in the room. However, I wasn't able to give a better cleanliness score as there wasn't enough staff to keep the pool and bar area clean during the time we visited. The number of children wasn't great if you are trying to project a high end hotel. It was a very family friendly place, thus for others reading it, don't come here if you are looking for a couples' relaxing escape. It was very messy poolside - we attended twice during the day - mid afternoon and 8pm and it was awful both times. Archer's was also extremely understaffed for dinner. The one waitress did the best job possible and she was friendly and courteous but you cannot expect her to deliver the service to the whole restaurant. Also, for quality you are trying to project, you might want to refresh your drinks menus as the paper is significantly frayed. Overall, a very disappointing stay and I will not recommend to friends and family. You also have poor maintenance on 6th floor as numbers to rooms are missing on right corner exiting the lifts.
