12 years ago when I last stayed at this resort it was on par with the Broadmoor. Wyndham has purchased the property and they should be embarrassed at the decline. The plumbing was backing up, the furniture in the room was rickety, the lighting was dim, the charging outlets did not work, the walls, floors, celings, vents and carpeting were filthy and every single seat in both dining areas looked as though someone had taken knives and slashed through the upholstery. At 2 AM there was a wedding party screaming at the top of their inebriated lungs for at least 20 minutes. In the morning the broken beer bottles on the ground from said party were not cleaned up. I was charged the resort fee for the so called privilage of using the hot tub and pool for which there was no handicap access. In addition there was no valet or baggage porter. It is not a resort. It is a disgrace.
