horrible smell in the room 2
terrible smell of cat's urin cover by parfum in the room 2 at our arrival . We complain but the only solution was a simple refund for leave the hotel . No proposition to assist us for at least find an other room in town .. this is not ways to resolve this kind of problems.. we are very disapointed cause we already went in this hotel this year and it wans't like that.. you can have a problem but advise your customers first before them arrival ..
The front desk went in the room for realize the problem , they well said the smell was problematic but for them it was a problem of humidity.. îm not agree .. but even , you manage this situation by an other way
