I stayed in room 604 and there was mould on the wall close to the window, there’s no essential (like a mini self-care in the toilet) I had to purchase a big toothpaste) I was in need of a charger and at the reception they told me where I could go buy one but they didn’t have one, as a customer everywhere I go I like to feel like at home, or at least as if I’m staying at a family members, the text that I wasn’t even offered the pool ( when I check in nobody mention anything about the pool) just the breaksfast and if I wanted to upgrade my room, the WiFi didn’t work, the first time I’ve asked they told me to keep trying and second (the receptionist had to lock in with her own details)
