Disney Trip
Quick trip to disney found this hotel good rate. Close to Knotts berry farm. And between 15 - 20 mins to. Disney. Hotel was ok nothing fancy. Rooms ok.. breakfast ok. Which they had more to.offer at breakfast. But is free. Waffles and cereal mostly.

Awful customer service
I travel a lot for work and I stay at a lot of different hotels, and this was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. The front desk employee Allie was very rude and unhelpful. I had lost my wallet on the field at work, I have all my documents digitally because I always carry my phone. I had booked my room through my phone and when I went to check in she refused to check me in because I didn’t have a physical ID. I asked if there was anything she could do she said no that’s the policy I asked for a way to contact the management and she gave me the hotel phone number then answered the phone. So I had to call hotels.com which was almost worse than dealing with the lady at the front desk. They had me verify my information and when they would pull my information our call got disconnected. This happened 4 times only to find out that the lady at the front desk cancelled my my room so no refund was available. Now I have to make a claim and place a stop charge at my bank. I went to the Howard Johnson was easily able to get verified the employees were very helpful and accommodating and was able to check into my room with no issues. La Quinta inn were extremely rude and made no effort to help me in a desperate time and cancelled my room making it more difficult for me to redeem the money I spend for the room. I won’t be staying at a place that treats their clientele that way.
