Great service & location, poor maintenance
amazing tropical paradise location, immaculately kept grounds and fantastic first class service predominate the experience at Garuga. Evening entertainment was lively and fun, food & drink also of a high standard, However there were some issues with our villa. The TV & phone never worked and management seemed unwilling or unable to fix or replace them. The bedroom light bulb blew while we were being shown around the place, this was never replaced. the biggest disappointment however was the lack of WiFi, despite it clearly being advertised as having free WiFi during booking. It wasn't just down for technical reasons, but simply didn't exist. given the price point and top level service elsewhere at the resort, these issues should have been addressed promptly but ended up laving a somewhat sour taste after what other was a great stay.
