The reviews looked positive so we looked forward to the stay, but honestly I didn't have a very good experience. At the same time, I assume this is one of the better-equipped accommodations you can find in the area under budget.
Overall the staff was very nice, except for one receptionist who'd say "no" to any request we make. But even with the nice staff members - I'd really recommend double/triple-checking any arrangements you make with them. The same receptionist we made a tricycle reservation the day before, asked us in the morning if we made any bookings. She arranged for a ride shortly after, but this made us late for our tour. And although we specifically asked for a private shuttle to the airport, when we checked again they arranged for a shared ride.
We found out upon arrival that there was no Wifi for the entire month, not even at the lobby. We really wished we knew this beforehand as we would have planned things out much in advance.
The room was decent in size but very damp overall, with minimal amenities/equipments - they have TV, A/C, a desk, closet, fan, shampoo/conditioner but only 1 towel per guest, no toothbrush/slippers/hairdryer, only 1 key & umbrella per room, they don't let you borrow extra towels. And no phone in the room meaning you have to go to the lobby every time you need something. The toilet flushes but the water isn't clean. The breakfast was very bland so we ended up taking all other meals outside. Cushions etc were dirty.
