Was greeted when we first got there. Easy to check in and room was ready for us. Bed was a little hard but they may have been because we were in a handicapped room. Breakfast was good and all items in the bathroom were available

Nice.
Stayed here for 2 nights. Very Clean, nice desk personnel , Breakfast was top notch - didn't seem to run out of anything, handled a large amount of people with ease. Would stay again. I split the room cost with a friend so for 2 stay I stayed for 170.00 a night~ when all was said and done with taxes. Will stay here again.

We had a great recent 2-night stay at Hampton Inn (Niagara Falls Blvd)! The property is well kept, rooms are clean and updated, great services and a delicious free breakfast each morning! Pool area was perfect for our needs and the location set off main road was VERY CLOSE to outlets for shopping, restaurants and only 13 minute drive down to Niagara Falls State Park! Would definitely recommend this place as perfect spot for being close enough to the falls without being sandwiched in the hustle and bustle of the downtown.

I super love this hotel. The breakfast was so great. I even want to go to the fall again just for the breakfast. It’s also very clean and quiet. I can have a good relax. The only problem is the place is a little far from the fall. And sometimes it’s a little bit hard to have Uber. But I had to say, it’s the best hotel.👍

I made a reservation through Expedia, but because of of an illness, requested a credit to use for a date in the near future. Expedia took the request and told me they were waiting on a response from the hotel that could take several days. Expedia also said I was free to call the hotel if I would like to see if I could get a response sooner. When I called the hotel, they said they couldn’t help me and that I had to talk to Expedia. The only other message I received was from the hotel through Expedia the day of the original reservation with check-in directions. Today I received a request to rate my stay that never came to fruition. Neither the hotel nor Expedia was willing to respond when requested, yet they were more than willing to take my money. Very disappointed in Expedia and Hampton Inn Niagara Falls/Blvd.

The property is great! Getting into it, was not ideal - we arrived late and had to drive through the RedRoof Inn Parking lot and there seemed to be some odd sketchy things going on there.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was small and unheated but very private. The walking surface around the pool was VERY slippery when wet. I actually fell after getting out - a bit dangerous at 67 years old,but luckily only bruised.

About 1 mile from the falls. We had a king room with a jacuzzi which was great and the breakfast was great with lots of options.
