I had an issue at another Motel6, which I made a customer complaint about, and decided to stay at another location, which is where I'm writing this review from. I'm not much happier with this location. I have no heat in my room, I mean NO HEAT at all. I turn it on and nothing but cold air is being blown into my room. I am freezing! I had to take an extra long, hot shower to get warm. I'm going to the office now to find out why I can't have heat in my room. I paid for 6 nights on two different reservations, and had I known that I would be without heat, I wouldn't be here at all. I paid to stay here, but my heat and hot water are being regulated. That's not good customer service. I'm seriously disappointed with Hotels.com and their inability to hold properties reliable for giving them a bad review. I've been using Hotels.com for several years, and I've been pretty happy with their service, but I think it might be time to explore my other options.
