Everything was great, the location is amazing you are really close to bus stations and walking distance from Green line and Red line. This location is also in a walking distance from ChinaTown. The rooms are clean, the pics that are used as advertisement are accurate. They also provided us with parking. Honestly renting with them will definitely positively impact the stay in Chicago

This place was great! But before you check in you are supposed to receive an email or text and we never got that. We had to call the number and get the information which was very confusing and frustrating (also you have to call to get parking ahead of time.) Besides the check in the place was great. Super clean, great amenities, the bus stop was really close. We will be staying here again.

The building is dirty. The floor in the hallways was sticky, dirty, and missing in some spots. The walls are so thin that you can hear the guests in the suites next to you blow their nose. The comforters on the beds were torn and worn down. The indoor parking garage is probably the creepiest place I have ever been. The elevators were disgusting with brown streaks on the walls. They also felt and sounded like they were going to stop working at any moment. Would not recommend unless it was for a 20-year-olds bachelor party.

The parking was a bit confusing to figure out. There was also supposed to be a pullout couch in our room and did not get one. I just wish asking questions and the process of communication was a bit easier.

The experience with this “hotel” was one of the absolute worst nightmare experiences I had the displeasure of going through with my family. I tried contacting the property the day before about the parking to ask questions and pay, but there were communication issues up until 2 hours before we got there. Then we get there for getting in for parking and trying to find the building, even though they texted images, was still difficult because it isn’t labeled and had to wait for text messages to get any answer. We go explore with kids and eat, then we check in at 730. They never gave us the code to the room, so we had to wait another 15 -20 mins before they sent it. The elevator sounded like it was dying and then we get in the room and it is NOTHING like the listing. We paid for a QUEEN bed and pull out sofa. That was a full bed & a tiny couch. When we were seeing if it was a pull out, you could tell the couch hasn’t been cleaned in a long time with trash, crumbs, and a lost remote in it. My husband texts to mention this is NOT what we paid for and they offer a blow up mattress. The A/C wasnt working AND the heat was on we couldn’t turn off. It was 70 when we got there & 75 when we left to go to a new place. At this point, we’re pretty fed up & called hotels.com to fix the issue. The “solutions” provided by this place did NOT help or remedy the situation & the owner was pretty rude to my husband. Someone tried to enter while we were on the phone too. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It was very unclear that this was not a hotel. I thought there would be a check-in counter, and there were no signs indicating where the place was. We were very confused. Once we figured everything out, the apartment was perfect. The hallway was dirty, but we felt it was safe and a good place to stay. We definitely would stay there again.
