DO NOT STAY HERE. This is a badly maintained HMO, not guest house. I saw 4 broken windows. The flooring is awful - bare cement outside our room. Our room had no curtains. There was a constantly running tap into a sink outside our room. To top it off, the keypad lock was broken, so when we returned to our room at midnight, we couldn't get back in. No response from the emergency helpline then. Still no response now, 16 hours later. The emergency locksmith I called hadn't arrived after 90mins. So I had to find another hotel at 1.30am. The price was comparable with Travelodge/premier inn. The quality was awful. I hope I can publish pictures on the next page.

As a student it better than nothing because it closer to my training center. Also they need to make details available time rather than waiting for guests to phone them and request for it when check in.

I didn't like anything about this place Its the worst place ever. There's no one to help you ,and the place is filthy and inhabitable for visitors. I booked with Expedia expecting something better than what we got Bathrooms are outside of bedroom and very disgusting.. Floors was very dirty like someone stepped on dog poop as you enter inside We were very tired coming from USA and didn't have the energy to find another place.. We couldn't even take a shower there. The bed was very unsanitary we just spread our jackets and slept on top of the bedding..l am asking please to refund my money for this room in fact I demand it it's so disappointing that Expedia name is associated with this establishment..other visitors we met there had similar problems and share the No stars Hoping to hear from you soon
