Isola Guesthouse 163 was very clean and nice!! And Giordana provided a nice continental breakfast for us, even though we were leaving at 6 am. She was very sweet and helpful. But we were having a horrible time trying to figure out how to get in. She needs to give directions to get into the unit sooner than the day you arrive. Some of the problem may be that we are older, but I wasn’t told that the instructions would be coming through WhatsApp. My instructions would be something like this: You will be given a code to get in the gate. You use the gate entry code again on the front door. Then when you go to your unit, there is a lockbox on the wall. You push in another code you are given. Then somehow you pull the top of the lockbox down, which will reveal a key card. You take the keycard out, and push it against the white button beneath it. And the door will open. If Giordana hadn’t arrived when she did, we wouldn’t know what to do. The white button beneath the lockbox didn’t look like a normal key activated door lock. The instructions were not at all sufficient and detailed. We were already having a bad day dealing with the trains. And this was very frustrating! Once inside, it was very nice!!

This guest house is located just a short drive away from the airport. The property manager is able to make cab reservations so you don’t have to navigate using a bus if you have an early flight. Walk down the stairs and straight down the main road and you can walk to the beach in about 40 minutes. There’s a nearby place to get gelato as well as restaurants within walking distance. It is well furnished in a unit that looks brand new except for the current remodeling going on as of May 2025 to re-do the entranceway. If you’re flying into Rome or just visiting the area, it’s a lovely place to stay. There are three separate guest rooms on the first floor. Each unit has its own bathroom and a common dining area. Our specific unit had a patio and you could look out down the main road which looks towards the beach. Also, within walking distance in the town is an ancient acropolis.

After a 9-hour international flight, the self-check-in via cellphone/email was nerve-racking. We were also taken a-back by the extensive construction going on in the lobby. The guest-house operators did send notification but only after we arrived. Fortunately, after we figured out which door was the entrance to Isola 1.6.3. (said remodeling had covered over the small signs) & that the 4-room 'guest house' was actually inside one of 4 apartments in the building, the housekeeping staff (very friendly) were inside and helped us get settled. The room itself was nice. We didn't get to stay for breakfast, but I'm sure it would have been good.

Uma boa opção para quem vai para o aeroporto nas primeiras horas do dia. Uber preço tabelado. 25€ pedindo pelo hotel ou 35€ solicitando pelo app Uber. Propriedade com auto atendimento, tudo funcionou sem problemas. Quarto super confortável, igual as fotos apresentadas no site.

Very very nice Room/common area.the bathroom was amazing. Breakfast was perfect and prepared for us before we woke up which was great. Owner operator was super helpful. Lots of restaurants near location for a quick late night supper.

The first thing is that they don't put the photo of the entrance to the rooms and the entrance is truly horrible, it's terrifying to enter. If I can, I will attach a photo of the entrance to the properties. There is no security at all. The first door has a code, but the second is open, without any security. I do not recommend it at all. My husband, my son, and I had to leave and rent another hotel.
