Limited driver accomodation is a problem that should be fixed
Ability to add on breakfast seamlessly without the front desk sending you to the restaurant or asking you to ask the restaurant to post the charge to the account (ie, the front desk should take care of this all if guest is telling them to just add it all on to the credit card/payment option already in use)
Every room that has two guests should automatically have two kits for each item (two soaps/shower gel/brush/comb vanity kits/hand towels)
Otherwise clean experience

Checked in in the afternoon, then stepped out for work. I had given my brother's cell no as a local contact in India. My brother got call from the hotel to confirm if I checked out at 6:30 PM. He tried reaching the hotel front desk to let them know that I have not but nobody was picking up the phone. Finally when I got back to the hotel @11:30 pm and talked with the front desk. They didn't know who checked me out or if it was a mistake or not. Also called from my room for the Wi-Fi issues and nobody returned the call. I was given the very last room on the back side of the hotel and had a view of the single storied bldg on the back side that had bunch of construction and stuff dumped.
Inside of the hotel, restaurants and staff was very friendly otherwise. They even gave extended check out after 12:30 pm.
