Kann man mal machen!
Wenn man weiß was einen erwartet, wird man nicht negativ überrascht! Das Zimmer ist natürlich sehr klein aber es reicht für eine Nacht. Die Lautstärke ist da eher das Problem, liegt aber nicht an den Zimmernachbarn sondern eher an den technischen Geräuschen (dauerhaftes Brummen etc.)

Would recommend overall, good for short stay
The pros were the location, close to the airport and Amsterdam Central, great local transport links and supermarkets nearby, and it was a surprisingly quiet area considering its proximity to university dorms. My room was clean when I checked in, the communal areas like the lifts, reception and hallways were all very clean too. I only spoke to one member of reception staff but he was friendly and helpful. Easy self check-in process, took no time at all and my room was easy to find. Two negatives, one personal and one general. I didn’t think the loss of a window in my room would be a big deal as it was a short stay and I spent most of my time outdoors anyway, but I was sometimes disoriented in the day as it was always dark without the lights on. It’s not a knock on the hotel as the pictures clearly show there’s no window and I knew that was the case before I booked. Just advising that if you’re used to natural daylight then this is not the room for you. General negative is housekeeping. It felt like they were trying to make as much noise as possible when cleaning. No consideration for the guests that might still be sleeping/busy/require quiet. Dragging metal chairs across the tiled floor, hitting every wall when hoovering, shouting to each other over the hoover. Every morning I was woken up by them. The walls are a little thin and doors are also far too heavy, every one of them slams behind you. All hotels should have soft close doors, people go there to sleep after all!

On my first night there we found the aircon didnt work and we was cold all night, we found the room filthy under the bed, but after complaining about this and showing the proof the manager gave us a big discount, little did we know our next hotel let us down and we found we had no wherd to go for the next night, but the manager of this hotel helped us with 2 single rooms as that is what was left and gave us the big discount and a little more to help us out. For a new hotel they are still learning, but they have great customer service and the manager was so friendly and helpful.

Basic yet comfortable as described, my personal issue was tge accessing of the bed, as it was a top bunk bed type, i struggled getting into, but more out of the bed, via step ladder, it wasnt till the second day that i realised there were lower, easier access beds, otherwise i would of asked to see if i could be moved, but overall, vert comfortable bed

The room is way too small, couldn’t even open my suitcase. Also we booked the double bedroom without the bunkbed, turns out the bed has a huge metal block over it, which makes it feel very claustrophobic and wasn’t shown in the pictures. Otherwise I would’ve booked the bunkbed because at least I would know there’s no one sleeping above me in that huge metal block! Also the bathroom door is see-through and the shower floods the entire bathroom when you use it. I get that Amsterdam is very expensive. Overall it was fine but space is way too small, location is 40 minutes away from the museums and there’s a college campus next to it which was cool. I’ll say it was very clean.
