Sehr zufrieden
Alle waren sehr freundlich. Für den Preis gab es nichts zu meckern. Einen deutschen Fernsehsender gab es nicht. Wir waren die einzigen deutschen Gäste. Das Publikum ist quasi rein jüdisch. Das Familienzimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Wohn-Essraum war angenehm groß. Die kleine Küche haben wir kaum genutzt. In der Rezeptionslobby gibt es kostenlos Getränke aus Spendern.

...naja, Service sieht anders aus....
...das Hotel hat leider schon seine besten Jahre hinter sich, das Personal ist mehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt....Spezialität: im Innenhof des Hotel unterhält sich schon früh gegen 7.30 Uhr das Personal lautstark, das Hotelgäste da noch schlafen stört wenig...und Service ist in diesem Hotel offenbar eine Wüste.....zwar gibt es genug Personal, aber es hilft weder bei Koffer ausladen noch sonstwo.... wann wurden eigentlich die Zimmer das letzte Mal richtig sauber gemacht, Staub überall, der Teppich im Schlafraum ist dringend zu wechseln... Teile der Einrichtung sind baufällig....die Betten und Sofas durchgelegen.... wir waren von Sonntag bis Mittwoch dort, leider ist in der Zeit unser Zimmer nicht ein einziges Mal gesäubert wurden....ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen....

proche de la promenade
L'hotel est un peu désuet. mais il est bien situé à 5 mn à pied de la Royal Promenade, où il y a tous les restaurants et les boutiques. C'est un apart-hotel plutot pour familles, avec formule "club", que je n'ai pas prise car elle ne m'intéressait pas. Pas mal de chahut donc dans les chambres et les couloirs, et aussi à la piscine. Cela ne m'a pas dérangé mais je le dis car cela peut freiner certains qui voudraient plus de calme. Coté chambre, rien à dire, c'est du moyen standard, sans plus, avec kitchenette pour préparer ses repas. En revanche, à part les verres, cuilleres et tasses, il faut acheter les couverts ou les "louer" à l'hotel car cela n'est pas compris dans le prix. Sinon, le personnel est charmant et le niveau de service très moyen. très pratique : On peut acheter à prix préférentiel à l'accueil de l'hotel les billets pour toute activité à Eilat, et meme une excursion à Pétra. Sauf les Dauphins à Dolphin Reef pour lesquels il n'y a aucun prix préférentiel.

Old hotel in need of serious makover and not as close to beach as advertised but pool was OK
Despite trying to do our research ahead of time we were very disappointed by this hotel. It was not a s close to the beach as we were led to believe and the hotel's condition is really bad... everything is clean but the hotel is very old and the staff is not too friendly... We were dissapointed by the poor (and seemingly unfresh) breakfast. Hotels in Israel and in Eilat in particular are well known for their expansive breakfasts and the ones at this hotels were very poor in variety. We are not picky travelers but think that we could have gotten a better deal for the price we paid... Next time we'll go for a more reputable brand of hotels...

Rimonim Marina - good value
This is a good hotel for families. With the exception of one very rude clerk, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The property is well-maintained and within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We did not eat onsite so cannot comment on the food. Would stay there again and recommend.

Der Checkin war absolut kein Problem...zügig und nett. Das Hotel scheint schon ein wenig älter zu sein, ist aber sauber. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Das Bad war ein wenig dunkel aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Der Service reagierte schnell. Essen durchnschnittlich. Pool war sauber. Lage gut da nicht an Hauptstraße aber trotzdem nicht abgelegen. Parkplatz nicht sehr groß aber ok. Leistung zu Preis absolut empfehlenswert.

Perfect location for family hotel.
This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Eilat, near the beach. It is in walking distance of quite a few kosher restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful and the Israeli breakfasts were excellent. I have two reservations regarding this hotel. The first is that there is no free internet service in the rooms or in the lobby. As a matter of fact the charge was outrageous, so we went to an internet cafe every day for a coffee and to check emails. Secondly, the hotel is falling into disrepair. The rooms look 'dumpy' and need sprucing up as do the bathrooms. The concept of a family hotel is wonderful, but management should quickly start renovating before they lose customers. I would rather pay a bit more and get something a little better. I was unimpressed with the lifeguarding at the pool and especially the lack of supervision and help with the kayaking activity. Children who want to kayak must be watched constantly especially if they are alone on the kayak. This was not the case here. Disappointing.

Generally a good place to stay.
Good location, nice atmosphere for a holiday. The breakfast was absolutely unbelievable, highly recommend for food lovers. The hotel itself is a bit old and run down, but reasonably clean. The only problem we found with the entertainment programme starting at 9pm in the courtyard, with the loud speakers and a lot of yelling, which doesnt stop till midnight.

Overpriced and rundown
Reservation was not handled properly. The room we reserved was not available. The rooms were poorly furnished and dirty. Parking was not adequate and the hotel did not seem to care. No exercise room was available. One was offered at a sister hotel 1 mile away for a fee. Overall, poor value and poor hotel

Great unless the neighbouring hotel is having a party all night long.
The hotel was quite fine for our family except on the final night a neighbouring hotel had music blasting till 4:30 in the morning. If the hotel can't control the noise next door, then they need to get better sound proofing on their windows! The food at breakfast was plentiful although it would have been nice to have fresh fruit not just fresh vegetables (aside from Israelis, who has salad for breakfast?!). Great place for very young families. Nice pool area. Water activities really just mean that you can paddle around the tiny laguna directly behind the hotel - they don't let you go even to the adjacent area on the other side of the bridge; again, great for youn families but not so great if you have teens.

Not good accommodations, thin walls, and far too noisy. Very old hotel with tiny rooms and ambient noise from other other hotels. The pool is not nice either.

Spacious, clean, perfect hotel for a good price!!
staying in this hotel was like a dream. Due to my low income I have always been used to staying in dodgy, unclean and small hotel rooms. BUT, this hotel i had to check with reception if i had the right room as was big, clean and had seperate rooms for living room and bedroom. Clean, friendly staff, good location to beach, good pool, amazing!! HIGHLY reccomend!!
