A great little gem in a convenient location
An incredible gem in a prime location. The hotel itself is outdated and simple, providing bare bones necessity items. Certainly, not a luxury hotel for sure however, ample large common area with the potential for a kitchen/eatery. One side faces the ocean and the other side is right at the very beginningof Isla Verde Beach. For those who enjoy gambling and the grand lobby of the El San Juan hotel, and casino, this hotel is only a 10 minute walk away. There are only about five dedicated parking spots on the property and if you don’t get one, you will need to park on the street.

Worth it for the view
Couldnt check in, no office to enter, everything was behind a locked gate. Took another guest asking me if i needed help. Toilet didnt flush, tried to fix it, took lid off tank and the flush valve was held together with a safety pin. But they do have good views, and other guests were friendly. Saw sunrise and sunset from the hotel. Not much dining nearby. AC was coooold when i arrived.

Everyone was nice , However the description on website was misleading rooms were very dark , breakfast wasn’t breakfast it was grab and go crackers biscotti and coffee . But a great location for both sides of the beach .

Servicio fue excelente, el personal magnífico. Alberto nos atendió muy amable. Yailyn la maid fue súper amable y todo sus empleados. El Cuarto estaba muy limpio e impecable. Mi esposo y yo quedamos locos con Coco. Definitivamente se lo recomiendo a mi familia, amistades y cualquier otra persona!! Quaint and cozy. I love the communal areas, view and Flora. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Bed a little hard and squeaky but for one night it was fine. Continental breakfast was fresh. Coco the dog was so sweet and friendly. I would definitely stay again!
