Nice location. Spacious room. Was poorly cleaned. There was dust, hair along the apartment. A roach was seen. We communicate with the staff to request housekeeping to clean the property the second day of our stay and even explained the roach situation and no response given, nor housekeeping pass by the apartment. I have stayed at Vista Kay in the past and it was a wonderful experience. When we arrived to the room we found bugs all over the floor along with a strong musty smell. They offered to put us in another room but after seeing the house keeping simply sweep up all the centipedes and spray the room with fragrance we decided to stay elsewhere. To be honest the two experiences were polarizing it didn’t even seem like the same place. I am hoping to be able to work with Expedia for a refund on the property.
