Not only was the staff at the hotel rude, but Expedia's service was as well. It was my first time at this hotel, and the check-in process was a disaster. During check-in, the front supervisor was rude, obnoxious, and abrupt, which should have been a red flag. The hotel wasn't busy at all, yet they continuously ran out of coffee. Additionally, the clean-up crew entered my room without any notice. Unfortunately, Expedia's customer service was also unhelpful and discourteous. I would not recommend this experience.
