Bitter sweet
We got there Friday night util Sunday morning , the staff were very friendly. The room was clean until we got to one of the rooms. The room has the carpet wet and the smell was not good. Next day we informed front desk and they send maintenance. The staff were very professional and polite. The discover a leak that was coming from another room. At check out the Hotel staff offer to refund one night and refund the hotel fee.

Reading little oasis
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is its own little oasis with the rooms surrounding the pool courtyard. Inside, it’s quiet and unplugged from the craziness of the world. Super place for us to relax after busy days at dance competitions. They have a strict 11 pm quiet policy, and it is enforced. Lots of families staying here, and pets allowed, but you wouldn’t know it. We had 9 and a cat in a Sleeps 10 suite, and there was room for everyone plus tons of dance gear. The kitchen didn’t have prep space, but it did have a full size fridge, big microwave, 2-burner stovetop, a mini dishwasher, and a selection of dishes and cookware. Eating table was deep enough to hold supplies plus accommodate two or three at a time to eat. Two full bathrooms. Sofabed was a bit thin, we used an air mattress, something to keep in mind if you have a large party. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will consider this hotel for next year. The only negative we have if is the commute to our competition. If it were closer I would already be booking.

Great stay.
Very clean hotel. Staff was amazing. Only big complaint was the walls are a bit thin, so when housekeeping comes around, those carts sound loud as hell and pillows don’t have much fluff to them. Location is not as big as the pictures make it out to be, however still a very nice hotel that I will be back to. Clean, safe, nice rooms.

Great for families and close to attractions.
From checking in, both attendants were frendly and welcoming. I had to make a small change in my reservations and theyvwere able to accommodate. Rooms are spacious and having a small kitchen is so helpful when traveling with an infant. Pool was welcoming and fun. The AC in the loving room would shut off, making it a bit warm now and then, but the AC from the other rooms helped cool down that area. Warm breakfast was great, nice selection and excellent staff there to serve and assist you. I have stayed at this place numerous times and will return the next time I am in the area. Which is pretty often. They arw pet friendly as well, so perfect since we travel with ours.

I decided to rent a room here. When i arrived the first clerk seemed nice but he was on the fence. I was charged a resort fee of 20.43 like the app said, but was charged an additional $10 which wasnt explained it only happened once I made it out the lobby. No big deal but surprise charges should be explained. Once in the room everything was nice it was just a small area. The bathroom is not for someone with claustrophobia cause they will have a meltdown. The night went well. However the next day was unexpected. While at breakfast i observed people grabbing and going outside because the breakfast area was packed. So I told my two boys to come with me and we will grab their sides and find a table outside. When i went to get the sides the lady serving us seemed apprehensive to give us food. I ignored it. It wasnt until she screamed to my husband "you can't take food out of here!" is when things turned crazy. The staff and manager hurried to try to say it wasnt a race thing but the lady laughed with another patron saying people come off the streets all the time to take breakfast. Excuse me??? I clearly checked her and her cackling friends. They tried to apologize and bandaid it but it didnt help with the humiliation of her trying to embarrass us as if we couldnt afford to be there.
