There was no ventilation and no air conditioning. The room was very hot. We complained were given a very small fan that did not help.

Electronic check-in after a long day is soulless and unwelcoming. I stay in hotels a lot and electronic check-ins are becoming more and more common To be fair the reception lady did try hard to provide a welcome.

Construction work happening in the kitchen at 11:30/12 at night. This woke the whole hotel up, awful experience.

Staff were efficient and friendly, first room we were in had worn dirty carpet, toilet wasn't working and wouldn't flush, we were moved with no problems straight away, second room was for someone disabled but was much cleaner, beds moved and were not very comfortable due to this, room was roasting even with windows open, however they provide a fan which helped.

Windows absolutely useless, noise from road was horrendous. Power went off at 10.30pm, still not on next morning, had to call reception from own line as no tele in room. Signs were obvious when there is security in reception

Heating in our room (second floor end room) does not have working heating, the radiator would not turn on and therefore we froze all night long. The room was not clean, needs more dusting and proper hoovering and it smelt stale.
