ホテルの設備は古いですが、部屋は広く海にもプールにも直ぐでこの値段にしては最高なホテルでした。ホテルのスタッフは気さくで、色々聞いてもらえました。ハネムーンで来るにはちょっと物足りないですが、友達でワイワイする分には問題ありません。値段の割に最高です！ただし、エレベーターは壊れて使えないので、大きな荷物も手で運ぶしかないです。

部屋数が少ないだけあり、ホテル内の移動も少なくてすみ、快適でした。海も近いですし、買い物もククルカンプラサが直近です。ただ、老朽化が進んでいましたが、値段も手ごろな為問題ないです。

Old building but great structure and excellent locations. Bed was extra stiff and being a side sleeper, was not very comfortable. Room was nice, great location and excellent view of ocean.

Everything was fantastic, from check in to check out the entire stay was perfection. Raul at the bar had the best energy, the front desk gentleman was so polite and helpful. The room was clean and quaint and everything we needed to make our adventure to Cancun feel surreal.

Dated but charming
The property is dated which I’m okay with because I think it brings charm but cleanliness was not there. There were cleanliness issues with the shower, tubs, floors, bedding. The WiFi did not work in room 407 so we would have to go to the lobby to scope out our transportation and what not.

Not worth a visit
This hotel have not been maintained for decades. When you finally got in touch with the staff they were very friendly. But both the restaurant and pool bar was abandoned for long periods. I would find another place to stay

Beautiful White House facing the turquoise sea
The hotel is beautiful, it’s a stunning older building rich with Mexican art and culture. The pool area is lovely, the hotel boasts a stunning view of the luscious turquoise Caribbean Sea, and the private beach is a huge perk! A downside is that the taps in the bathroom and the shower head need renovating, they are outdated and don’t work as well as they should do. Another downside is the mattresses aren’t very good quality, they feel hard and wouldn’t be ideal for people who have back problems and people who like a softer more supportive mattress. Although the elevator does not work, the people who work in the hotel are very lovely and will offer to carry your luggage up the stairs. Another huge perk is the hotel is in a fantastic location! Right next to a great mall and many supermarkets, restaurants, bars and even near a bus stop which is only $1 USD to ride. Overall, if you like a simple stay in a stunning historic Mexican building, this place is for you. If you prefer somewhere more modern, I don’t think this place would be for you

Friendly staff, poor upkeep.
So I’d like to start of by saying the service by the front desk staff was amazing. They are very sweet and I could tell they really cared about the guest experience. With that said, the property needs a lot of improvement. Our room was unfortunately very dirty. The indoor jacuzzi has multiple layers of filth, as well as every inch of our room. The floors, bathroom, kitchen were all dusty and had a lot of limescale build up. And there were ants everywhere when we arrived. The WiFi was also non existent. The beach chairs could all be replaced. They were not comfortable and made it unenjoyable to lay on the beach. This property is located in a prime spot, has a lot of potential but it’s not being used.

Good, without sophistication. Lacks maintenance
The hotel is old and looks abandoned; it should be better maintained. The structure is good, but it needs maintenance. The room is spacious and has a view of the garden and the sea. The bathtubs are unusable, there are rusty fixtures, ripped towels, uncomfortable pillows, and the shower and curtains are old. I recommend it for those who just need to sleep, without luxury. But for those looking for sophisticated accommodation, it is better to stay away. In addition to the cost of accommodation, at reception they charged us a municipal tax for the beaches.

Beautiful art and view, falling apart premises.
Our view was breathtaking, but unfortunately the owners are letting the place fall apart. AC stopped working in the middle of the night and I cut my foot on broken granite from the bathtub. They’ve let entropy rule day, unfortunately. Hopefully they put a little effort in to fixing up what would otherwise have been a wonderful spot.

Nice stay, beds need upgraded
Our stay at Hotel Tuequesa in Cancun, Mexico, was a disappointing experience overall, despite the friendly and attentive staff. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, with hard, lumpy mattresses and flat, unsupportive pillows, making it impossible to get a restful night’s sleep. The jacuzzi tub in our room was another letdown—it was old, chipped, and barely functional, with weak jets and an unhygienic appearance. Dining was underwhelming, with no buffet and a limited à la carte menu that lacked variety and flavor, especially for a destination celebrated for its cuisine. An unexpected issue was the presence of cats near the front gate of the property, which the staff feed with tuna cans. While the cats didn’t wander into dining or guest areas, their presence might be off-putting to some. Accessibility was also a significant concern: the hotel’s elevators were out of service, creating challenges for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues, and the steep, uneven driveway made navigating the property difficult, particularly for older visitors. While the staff were kind and eager to assist, their efforts couldn’t compensate for the hotel’s many shortcomings. Until improvements are made, we would likely not return to this specific one within the future. Overall, a nice stay but beds could have changed a lot of aspects for our trip.

Viejo, sucio y descuidado
Terrible. No había nadie en recepción cuando llegamos y nos recibió el guarda de seguridad. Las toallas de los baños estaban rotas y viejas, la cama tenía pulgas, no había ni una sola botella de agua en el hotel. El hotel está en muy malas condiciones, viejo y descuidado, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Every single day we ended taking cold showers. - Uncomfortable mattress and hard pillows . - One remote control for both rooms splitters. - Outlets with no plates and electrical cables hanging representing a hazard. - Limited kitchenette: no microwave, dirty Refrigerator with mold. 10/10 (最高に素晴らしい)

We had taken a red eye. We arrived at 9:30am and were given a room, which we were grateful for! The Diamante (Diamond) garden view room was about 40 steps to the pool and then stairs to the ocean. The people were friendly. The beach was a bit choppy, but we jumped the waves. We felt safe walking to Soriana at 10 pm. We loved all the kitties, too-no bugs etc.
