Great service
Hotel is lovely. The food options are very elegant and delicious. The service is impeccable. Highly recommend. It’s very close to one of the stations so it’s easy to get everywhere. But it’s outside the busiest parts of Tokyo so it’s relatively peaceful. It’s a beautiful view of the bay. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing views, beautiful art installations, delicious, varied, high quality breakfast, excellent staff and service, spacious, comfortable and well designed rooms, convenient location which was good for transport links and also easy walking distance to Ginza area. It’s very difficult to find any faults. More clothes storage in the room would have been nice but I feel very fussy mentioning it when really this is just a fantastic place to stay.

Beautifull. Modern. High tech. Very confortable rooms with amazing views. Very nice lobby, with good ambiance and great decoration. You can notice some lack of experience of the young personnel and restaurante can improve, specially breakfast. I will come back to this hotel.
