Where to begin... Save your money. Experience bad at best. Room was not clean, shower head was clogged up. One of the bed's sheets had a gross looking stain. If not for being so late, and needing a bedwe would have left since we were only in town for one night. The bed frames were made of some type of thin gauge ld sheet metal, and when you moved, the bed would make a loud metallic sound like only sheet metal can. The pool needed some cleaning and TLC as well. Breakfast the next day (this morning) was a laughable. Arriving to the lobby for breakfast shortly after 8am, there was nothing left to be had. We waited until about 10 minutes until 9am before more food (biscuits, gravy, eggs, waffle mix) to be put out. We got our food finally, to find hair in the mediocre gray. At which time we were done with breakfast. Wouldn't have mattered, because promptly at 9am (let me remind you we waited 30 plus minutes of the remaining hours waiting on terrible food).

I’ve been in and out of hotels for the past 2 1/2 weeks and this is the best hotel that I had stayed at. Clean and comfortable room that is functional. Had a laminate floor. The parking area was well lit. Breakfast was good.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The room itself was not in the newest condition. The outlet by the bathroom sink was not functional. This was terribly inconvenient as that’s where you plug in your hairdryer, flatiron, and coffee maker. I didn’t discover this until after my shower, otherwise I would have requested a different room. We did advise the staff to fix that before renting that room again. Otherwise our stay was good. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, waffles, toast, muffins, and apples and yogurt.

I checked in on a Thursday. 2 rooms. Staff was rude and short with words. Friday morning I had to have both my keys reset before I could get back into my rooms after leaving for breakfast. They said they had to change the key readers. Saturday I checked out. Upon checking out I was told a blow dryer was missing from one of my rooms. One of my rooms did have a dryer the other did not when we checked in. I tell them this then They first told me it was located by the vanity ( no blow dryer just coffee and hygiene products) they say they will speak to housekeeping, then on Monday when I called to see what the status of the blow dryer situation was I was told the blow dryer was supposed to have been located in a black bag by the door to my room there was no dryer or black bag in this room there was in the other room. I go over the layout of my room when I had arrived and the amenities provided when I set foot in the room and we eventually resolve the issue by lunch on Monday. Was a very upsetting couple of days but eventually it did resolve.

If you pay with a cash deposit you will have to wait for them to go check your room. Kids got dirt on twos towel from using the towels to get the water off the floor after a shower! Then they also spilt some pop from dinner and grabbed a towel and used it to clean it up! We got charged for all three towels. It was from the dirt on there floor which shows that they don’t mop very often! Also it was embarrassing that anything they found with a stain on it was brought to the front desk where they had a cleaning lady check each item! There was other guest in that office! Bathroom door had a piece of plastic in the door latch to keep it from shutting. If the door did close then you couldn’t open it from the bathroom and someone had to open it from the outside! Which traveling with young kids means there was lots of times kids got locked into the bathroom.

I was very disappointed at check-in due to the fact I did online check-in but still had to go through the normal protocol with a standard check-in I was asked for ID asked for debit card and signature after doing all of that online and was charged twice for incidentals.. and as of December 8th have not been refunded my money for incidentals

The room was visually quite nice, clean sheets, very spacious. The breakfast was surprisingly good, you get to make your own mini waffles and they came out perfect every time. The staff was friendly. I do have one serious issue, when I opened the door the room smelled VERY heavily of mildew/mold. I had to air out my room on a couple of occasions, and I believe I was made sick by it, as both times I awoke my throat was incredibly sore, and I am now suffering from what seems like a throat infection. I hate to leave "bad" reviews, as sometimes things just can't always be helped, and the staff was very nice, but I really do need to report that as it is important for the staff to know. I may not be able to work today because of it, or may need to go to the doctot.
