ホテルの入口がわかりづらいです。受付のような場所もありません。1階のアイス屋に声をかけると対応してもらえました。エレベーターはないので荷物が大きいと大変。チェックインの際はスタッフに運んでもらえました。ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーがおいしかったです。スタッフはみんなフレンドリーでとても感じがよかったです。部屋の広さは十分で、清潔感がありました。姿見もあってよかったです。広いバルコニーからアクロポリスはちょっと見えますが、感動するような景色ではないです。浴槽はなくシャワーだけですが、水圧は普通、ドライヤーの風力も十分、アメニティもかわいかったです。朝ご飯の種類はそれほど多くないです。でも注文すれば作ってもらえる無料のメニューもあって、私は大満足でした。ゼウス神殿から近く、お土産屋さんの通りも本当にすぐ近くで、食事や買い物する場所には困りません。駅からは少し歩くので、ガタガタの道を大きなスーツケースを引いて歩くのは結構大変でした。大きな荷物があれば少し不便さを感じますが、それでもとても快適な滞在でした。またアテネに来ることがあれば泊まりたいです。

Ótima surpresa!
Excelente cama, quarto arejado com uma varanda ótima, banheiro espaçoso. Adorei o café da manhã, pois, além do buffet, oferecem algumas opções (ovos mexidos com torradas, fritos com bacon, etc). Tive que sair mais cedo e me atenderam prontamente disponibilizando o café da manhã mais cedo. Excelente atendimento. Quase não reservei pois no anúncio estava 3m o tamanho do quarto, porém é mais de 20m, bem espaçoso.

Great location in Plaka, easy walk to the Acropolis and most of the key sights. Roof deck is amazing, private and with incredible sunset views. Room itself is small and sparse but clean. Service and breakfast was friendly and delicious. Would highly recommend

Excellent accommodations! The room was absolutely perfect and having the little staircase outside of our room to head to the roof to relax in the hot tub (with a breathtaking view of the Acropolis was fantastic!). In the evening, the world right outside of the hotel changed into lights and smells and restaurants popping up everywhere! Plus, Who ho can pass up a hotel that has an ice-cream shop attached? I will only book at Plaka Arch Suites when I visit Athens.

We stayed in the suite with the roof top and hot tub. It was fine - not a luxury place you would bring other people to see. The place is worn with "older updates" that appear to have been performed by a novice..."cloppy" plank flooring, entry level tile and fixtures that were poorly installed. Shower head/bar is loose, light fixtures are loose, light switches behind the TV, missing towel bars and crooked towel bars, mold on the ceiling (because the bathroom is not vented, except by a window). The service is great, communication is great. Not a luxury suite.

Very nice hotel. The staff is super friendly and the room is big, nice and very clean. Hotel is located in the best location with only a short walk to all the attractions. First class hotel. The only thing that could be improved is their wifi. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a wonderful little hotel located in a perfect area, within walking distance to the Acropolis and other historical sites, museums, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic and set in a lovely, unique, intimate covered terrace area and included an assortment of fresh pastries and fruit, but also delicious menu items cooked fresh. The hosts of the property are warm and accommodating. We were allowed to drop off luggage prior to check in, and upon check in, was greeted and escorted to our room, and also provided a detailed map of the Plaka area and personal recommendations of the top spots to visit. The hosts were also very quick to respond to all messages prior to our visit. I wish we could have stayed longer than one night!!

What a perfect location, close and within walking distance to absolutely everything. The room was quite large by European standards, modern bathroom, comfortable bed. Yay, bathrobes! The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Nice to have a complimentary breakfast before heading out for the day. If we were ever back in Athens, we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. You won't go wrong at Plaka Arch Suites.

You really can't beat this hotel if you are looking for something in the heart of Athens. Starting with the staff and especially our host Fanis, he and the entire staff were amazing! Fanis went out of his way to welcome us and help us with everything we needed. The location of the hotel is in the heart of the Plaka district and literally steps away from everything. You can't find a better location.
