Confusion around parking, was forced to pay $20 for parking in the hotel parking when there is public parking all around the hotel... The gentalman that checked me in was hostel and angered that I had to pay for parking. I paid the $20 to appease him, but went all around the public parking looking for signs that said they would tow my car... but there are NO signs around the length of time you can park there. I felt duped by the front desk worker.

My stay at the Hyatt Centric Mountain View was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The moment I walked in, I felt like I was on vacation—even without leaving the hotel! The atmosphere was so relaxing and inviting, I didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, with all the amenities I could ask for, making it the perfect home away from home. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel has everything you need for a fantastic stay. I highly recommend the Hyatt Centric Mountain View and can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing location and facilities. The weather was so warm that we needed a place with a pool. The pool isn’t huge but good enough for laps. The restaurant downstairs had great selections and the location of the hotel is great and close to everything and downtown Mountain View.,
