Location is great

Weekend stay was impressive for providing family fun on many levels. We had three rooms. The various pools were well maintained with life guards. The pirate show was great entertainment for all. It exceeded expectations. The food was average at the show, but portions large. The grounds were well maintained with many flame trees and other flowering plants in bloom. Water features were everywhere and blended into the overall island atmosphere. The room was clean and modern. Everything worked...

With the recent renovations, the hotel is nice and updated. The area surrounding the hotel is very walkable and it is close to everything. Great price for a great location!

I loved the location and safety i felt staying at the Garden Villa. The hotel is right on the main hotel row. Entering snd exiting the place is not a problem at all. I was given a room on the building next to the swimming pool, the view was excellent, the parking was never a problem during the 4 nights we stayed. I loved the fact that I had to use the key card to get to the actual floor to go to the room after getting of the elevator.. No one who is not assigned to the floor can get in....

Convenient location in Tumon with many restaurants in walking distance. Parking is very appreciated.

It’s my third or fourth stay and I keep coming back. Love the sunsets at Tabu beach bar.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Television was difficult to figure out even for the staff.

Kimberly at the front desk was the best! She saved our stay since the room was not ready for a few hours after we got there. Food was amazing, pool was nice. The jacuzzi was luke warm which shouldn’t be a problem since it’s normally hot out, but during rainy season, warm water is needed.

I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. The maintenance came and tried to adjust it. But it still wasn’t cold. We didn’t get to switch rooms until after 9pm and idk why they keep giving us a...

I really liked this hotel. I dunno why everyone gives them so much grief. The security guard did yell at me for driving too fast in their round-about, but I was. I was in a bad mood.. The rooms were clean, and I think ppl need to understand that they are trying to do better. Ive stayed with Leo Palace a few times, and the hotel has gotten better each stay.
