"Excellent hotel, great location and amazing staff."

"Stuff not helpful in my check in I asked to get check in earlier 1 hour but they refused and said only at 15:00 as long as I arrived and stayed 6 hours but asked several times to early check in but no way until one hour before official time refused as well They asked to charge me in 5 hours for early check in more than 100$ which means that room is available and rate was not fair because they knew that you are in need of this Breakfast also need to pay for omelet which is very poor from there side but it’s ok just to let people know some tiny details"

"One of the new vest hotels I have ever stayed at. The amenities were fabulous, like cation is great. Staff was above and beyond, so friendly and helpful, phenomenal!! I would choose this hotel in Santiago and very time I visit."

"Basic, no frills, bed for the night. Room was cold, thermostat didn’t work. Not feasible for a longer stay as there are no food or drink facilities in the hotel except a restaurant. The only drinking water is from a machine in the lobby, so even to get a simple cup of water one has to go to lobby. If one does book for longer and you like frequent tea or coffee like I do, take a travel hot water maker, a flask and a mug. No fridge in room to keep food, no glasses. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Spacious rooms, clean sheets and bathroom, friendly and courteous staff. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a well pointed menu. The location of the hotel is convenient, steps away from MUT (Mercado Urbano Tobalaba) and Tobalaba Metro station. "
