It was our first time in Dubai, a friendly gentleman checked us in and upon arrival to the room we did notice few mistakes like overall cleanliness in the room and bathroom, ripped linen and towels , missing bathrobes, but we didnt think nothing of it since the location of the hotel and view from the room left us in awe. The issues came the following day, after asking multiple times front desk and housekeeping for fresh towels and bathrobes. It took us a day and a half and a total of five times visit to the front desk to eventually get the towels and bathrobes. The worst of all our linen was not changed for three days. The staff was very apologetic and after that we got fresh linen every day , extra towels, extra waters and amenities. We were grateful for the attentivnes of the staff, we are just dissapointed it was not from the start. We are visiting Dubai next year again for sure but will not stay in the same hotel again.
