I stayed at 31st floor Deluxe Suite in September 2019. There was a cockroach at the shower room and I showed it to the front desk.
I was staying there just for one night, and did not complain nor asked to change my room.
I just wanted to let them know about cockroach and pay extra attention to clean for the next guest. Then the Assistant guest relations manager came to apologize and offered me a new room. I said no need to change my room, but she offered me a better room and asked me if i have time to change a room now.
As I had to leave hotel soon for my appointment, she told me to stop by the front when I'm back. So I went back at 6:45pm and asked front to send Porter at 7pm to my room, I would be ready packing by then. Nobody came until 7:20pm, I tried to call the front but nobody picked up. I went down to the front, then the guy said he has already sent his colleague 5 to 10 min ago. (I asked for 7pm.. why did he send his colleague at 7:10..) I went back to my room, but my dad who stayed said nobody came yet. Finally, Porter came at 7:25pm and brought us to a new room.
I was staying at twin bed room with my 75 years old father.Our new room was single bed room. I finally complained to the front, there is only one bed, I need a twin room, then they said they will provide me an extra bed.Why would I want to sleep on extra bed..they didn't know I was staying with my father in twin bed room? I decided to return back to my previous room. I would never stay there again.
